These starter sets include two pre-made decks each, and are perfect if you’re looking to dive into the game for the first time--though there are plenty of deals on other Star Wars: Unlimited TCG releases as well.

This starter set is a great choice for newcomers. Not only is it super cheap right now, but it comes with two prebuilt decks that let you and a friend jump right into battle. Moff Gideon and The Mandalorian are the focus of this starter set.

Star Wars: Unlimited - Twilight of the Republic Starter Set

You’ll find the same gear inside this starter set as the above-- two prebuilt decks, 40 counters, two playing mats, and 10 exclusive cards. This time around the characters of interest are Ahsoka Tano and General Grievous.

The Star Wars: Unlimited Trading Card Game first launched in March 2024 with Spark of the Rebellion and receives expansions about every four months. It’s been well-received by TCG fanatics, thanks to its impressive depth, fast pace, and inclusion of dozens of familiar faces from across the galaxy. Shadows of the Galaxy was launched in July 2024, followed by Twilight of the Republic in November. The card game’s first real tournament is running towards the end of July, so if you get hooked on the TCG, be sure to keep tabs on the action in Las Vegas.

The original starter set for Spark of the Rebellion is now sold out, making the starter sets for Shadows of the Galaxy and Twilight of the Republic your best place to jump in. Star Wars: Unlimited also stopped making starter sets as of the Jump to Lightspeed expansion, opting to replace them with single Spotlight Decks based on specific characters like Han Solo and Boba Fett.
