Unreal Engine 5 runs like ass on PC and so do most graphics engines and you either have to have a NASA PC to get decent performance or you always got to be tinkering with settings and all that BS just to try and convince yourselves that your expensive rig is worth the time and effort.

At least on console most of the times you get decent performance and graphics and far less stress.

Unfortunately, you have to worry about it because the game is broken on every platform and never should have released in this state. This is yet another example of why you should not pre-order games and avoid them at launch. Best to wait for patches and don't reward shit development practices.

So you are confirming it's likely you won't be playing Borderlands 4 on PC for at least almost 2 years after release and you still haven't even played Stalker 2 yet for the same PC issues. LOL

I have never played any Borderlands game because I don't care for the art direction and I don't care about loot. So, it is unlikely I will play this one. I will be playing Stalker 2 once they update to the new UE version and improve the things they listed in the 2025 roadmap. So, probably early 2026.

Broken and unfinished games are not a PC specific issue. These games have issues on all platforms. So, stop trying to make this a PC thing. You just come off as a moron.

So, the issue is with the game and not the hardware. Also, the performance is more than slightly better on a 5080 than a console as evidenced by the video you posted.
