I’ve been curious about how the community feels about mods these days. Personally, I can’t imagine playing Skyrim without mods, but I know some players prefer the vanilla experience to keep things ‘pure.’

Do you think mods add to the fun, or do they take away from how the developers intended the game to be played?

I am all for mods as long as they improve the game. Visual upgrades, improving game mechanics, adding new content, etc.. If they are quality mods, it is a good option to have.

I usually don't install mods for anything. Some games could use some QoL features, or visual upgrades, and that's where mods can come in handy for me. But I want to keep everything else vanilla. I don't ever play one game that much that I feel I need to change it in order to keep having fun with it.

So mods that change the gameplay in any way, makes something easier or something like that? No thank you.

Depends on the game really.

Something Like Skyrim or generally, any Bethesda game isn't worth playing without mods.

Mods can be real enjoyable if they’re made well.
