Finished Bakeru the other day, which was great. Now I'll probably just keep working my way through Chibi Robo on Switch Online. Such an underrated gem of a game, I can't believe I missed it back in the Gamecube days.
Recently finished Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty from the Master Collection Vol. 1. Excellent game and much easier on the eyes then MGS since it’s a PS2 game. Such an epic and iconic intro theme music. Moved on to MGS3. Sure am missing the QoL features from the recent Remake.
Building another mini itx PC for a friend this weekend. He doesn’t game, but does a bunch of photo editing for his online storefront. So it won’t be anything beastly as far as gaming goes. Ryzen 9 7900x (MicroCenter has a great deal on those right now) RTX 5060, (again, not a gamer) 32GB of RAM and a 2TB m.2 inside the Fractal Mood case. It looks like the Series X kinda.
I'm thinking about replaying Mass Effect: Legendary Edition this weekend as it's been 4 years since I've played it when it launch. So I might do that and as well play Cronos: The New Dawn while I'm at it...but all of that will be done this coming Sunday as I'm doing overtime work this Saturday.
Started with Alabaster Dawn demo. I like it. Combat feels like 2D Zelda remade with modern smoothness. Art and animation is gorgeous. Definitely keeping an eye.
Total War: Warhammer III just got a 6.3.1 hotfix Beta, which was supposed to fix the Lizardmen AI. Instead it fixed the Beastmen AI and left the Lizardmen still useless. Apparently CA launched the wrong build and will be uploading the right one today, but I have idea if that will actually fix it.
So if Warhammer III turns out to be a dud, I'll probably dive back into Cassette Beasts. The Digimon demo got me in the mood for that sort of game.
