No one is SW history has a haters club bigger than mine, glorious when they're all wrong 🤣
What is it with Last_Lap derailing two recent threads today?
Not just today, always.
when @last_lap's argument fails, he derails..
At least it help keeps the thread interesting, because SW is getting boring for months anyway.
Im confused on why this thread got so big. Anyways, I really dislike physical games...i just dont like having so much stuff and clutter around the house.
Not surprised about last lap throwing a rage boxer though.
@blaznwiipspman1: Before I address your stupidity let me ask you this.
You like digital which is ok, but do you believe physical should be abandoned or dp you think people should be allowed to choice how they buy their games?
Now for the stupid part, I took aim at those calling for physical to be abandoned just because they dont like it, simple as that, go read the comments. Now the last 2 or 3 pages are from mainly Laszlo having a meltdown calling me everything under the sun, but since you can't comprehend that, ill just add you to the list of my haters lol.
@davillain: That's just it though, if you look back at the start of this thread i was talking about the topic at hand physical media, someone came in with a raging hate bomer and started mouthing off at me 🤣
The fact that some people dont even look at the first page and come in here accusing me of derailing it is amazing, my haters group is growing by the day 🤣
EDIT: to be clear I'm not say you are one of those haters.
@last_lap: let me ask you, should people be allowed to still ride horses in the middle of the road? And hire people to shovel the shet from the streets again like back in the 1800s. Maybe we need to go back to vhs tapes? All so you csn get some satisfaction from groping a piece of plastic pervertedly. Lets go back to building wooden ships and use sails instead of diesel engines.
I don't blame you though, there are a lot of people with that mentality out there...its why we have things like bitcoin selling for $150,000USD. Or house prices skyrocketing because of people blocking supply. Everyone wants to create scarcity instead of working. Bunch of bums
@blaznwiipspman1: Man there's dumb analogies and then there's yours 🤦♂️
Physical media is cheaper, you can trade it in or sell it for cash etc if you no longer want it, yet you digital folks act like physical is killing children and it has to be erased from this earth, digital folks for the most part are crazy.
The people who like physical never run around screaming for the end of digital like you guys.
Its become very clear that digital folks hate saving money and having options, but will go into threads bitching about the price of games 🤦♂️

how is physical cheaper than digital exactly? I used to think the same way as you, in that physical games had an advantage which is that they can be resold...but you also have to factor in the annoyance of selling to low ballers, wasting your own time and effort. End of the day, its a wash, and you could just wait for the digital game to go on sale, and buy it for much much cheaper than any physical game in the first place. The majority of sales these days are digital even on consoles...just checking up on google, the rates are staggering, like almost 90% at this point.
Nobody here is screaming for the end of physical media though. Did anybody scream about the end of vhs when we shifted to dvd, or the end of music cds when the mp3 players came around? It was just a natural process that happened.
@blaznwiipspman1: In my country physical is $20 cheaper than digital, and in your country (the US right) digital cost the same which is ludicrous, how can something that has no packaging, no transport costs, doesnt need anyone to sell it to you cost the same.
As for reselling, well if I'm paying $20 cheaper and say later sell it if I dont want it for say $20 than I'm already $40 better off than digital folks, if you want to waste your money more power to you, but prices ALWAYS go up when there's no completion, and then nobody wins.
@last_lap: you are locked into those prices because if I remember you're from Australia. Yes, rayguns countryman. I know its an expensive place with many companies taking advantage. Part of this situation is due to Australia being a continent isolated by its own. Regardless you screwed yourself by locking yourself to a console platform. PC gaming is vastly cheaper even in Australia. You can use VPN services to get regional prices from different markets. Its not piracy and not illegal. Even if you want to do things completely 100% by the book...you can do what I do. Gamepass, or free games from Amazon prime, epic yearly give aways, the humble bundles. Or you know what, wait an year or two to get massive discounts on games. Digital games are vastly cheaper, but you screw yourself by sticking to console, and insisting on buying physical, even worse having some insane grievance towards pc, and saint phil.
You only really need to pay out of your ass if you want to buy games at launch. But hey, thats capitalism, and its fine.
@TheEroica: That is an old AI generated image. The updated models are much better.
I just updated my phone to a pixel 10 pro and it came with a year of the advanced gemini... I've been playing with the picture generator. Wild stuff...
